SERVICE

DEALER ASSISTANCE (all products)
If any of our authorized service centers is not within your vicinity, then you may always have the option to bring the unit to the dealer branch where the purchase was made and we will take it from there.

30-DAY REPLACEMENT PERIOD (all products)
Devant’s 30-Day Replacement Period gives you the assurance that we will exchange all defective units as part of our commitment to serve you better.
* Units for replacement will be evaluated by our tech representative to confirm if the product is not performing according to DEVANT’s standards.

PERSONALIZED HOME SERVICE
(For TVs within Metro Manila only)
As a valued customer, we are sending  our  expert technicians to serve you at the comfort of your own home to do on the spot evaluation and repair.
* If unit is not repairable on-site, we’ll pick it up and deliver it to your doorstep when we’re done repairing it.
* Service is only applicable to 32” TVs and up.

COURTESY UNIT (TVs from HOME SERVICE within Metro Manila Only)
If after thorough evaluation, we found out that your in-warranty defective unit will take more than 5 days to repair, we would gladly provide you with a courtesy unit for your use.
* Courtesy unit is subject to availability & may not be like-for-like.

FAST INSTALLATION
 A 3-day installation period for 32inch and up TV units.
* Minimal installation fee applies.

TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
We offer free assessment on your defective unit.

NO SERVICE CHARGE
If the defect of your unit can be resolved without any parts replacement, then our service is for FREE!
